We are a hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical rebuilder/distributor of all things Fluid Power. We are seeking a mechanically inclined Inside Sales/Office Assistant person for our New Berlin, WI and Hammond, IN facilities. We seek the following:
- Career oriented, with a long term outlook on employment
- Experience working in an office, sales, and/or in manufacturing working with mechanical/hydraulic 
  equipment
- Prior engineering, repair, or maintenance experience is a plus 
- Mechanically inclined, or previous experience in heavy industry or mobile equipment
- Leadership abilities
- Good communication and organizational skills
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to innovate and make positive changes
- Proficient with a computer
- Understand our customer's urgent needs 

Primary responsibilities include:

- Ensure all administrative duties are performed in a timely manner and in accordance with company guidelines
- Schedule, assist, and quoting of incoming and outgoing jobs 
- Work with the outside sales team on new leads, pertinent info in regards to customers needs and expectations
- Ensure that all paperwork is processed according to procedures
- Proactive approach when dealing with customers
- Work with colleagues to provide a better, more efficient workplace  
- Provide exceptional service to our customers over the phone, through email, and in person.  

Position hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
